move forward, live fully, breathe deeply....

there are so many areas in our lives in which we can get stuck...drowning in things, worry, anxiety. Here is my journey to live simply, with the fantastic freedom of 'less is more' as my mantra.

today i sowed seeds...

hmmm...that title could be esoteric

(es·o·ter·ic  (s-trk)adj.
1a. Intended for or understood by only a particular group: an esoteric cult. See Synonyms at mysterious.
b. Of or relating to that which is known by a restricted number of people.
2.a. Confined to a small group: esoteric interests.
b. Not publicly disclosed; confidential.)
.....or not!

i actually had to look up that word to see if it worked.  it does, in a way.  i'm actually sowing a lot of seeds:  ~beets, spinach, lettuces, radishes....in a new organic bag and container garden,
~working on dealing with diabetes and a newer dx of latent autoimmune diabetes in adults and what that entails..
~and opening new doors to be creative by allowing myself to be artistic!

with all of these new endeavors, i'm trying to live in a holistic, small footprint, honest manner...hoping to bless others as i am blessed.  the sun came out for a few hours today..warming the surface of the earth and made my sowing quite enjoyable.  hopefully, seedlings will be popping up by next week.

it's too cold to plant right now...

46 degrees outside, and I have small starters for my very small container garden!  I'm trying 'bag' planting...found several videos on how-to. Decided to use the easy method of taking organic garden soil and laying it on the ground, cutting out a rectangle and planting right in it!  We'll see how much this actually works, but I'm counting on it not being to labor intensive (I seem to do better when I can 'ignore' my plants--otherwise, i tend to drown them!).

Here's to greenBee thumbs!
